I am sorry to do this but I am going to have to. Please, please stop all this fighting. I come on this forum to talk with other people who like . I dont come on here to read fighting which has gone on between people who don't even know each other.

I am not threatening, I am being serious... I dont want to stay on here if this is going to carry on. Please, please, please stop it. This makes me upset and I'm not even the one going through it. It is no one's fault like I have said, but it is still going on. I honestly dont like it on here atm. It's full of hostile comments and irritating insults.

I only have at most 1 hour on here a day and I dont want to spend that time on here catching up on insults and spamming. I dont want to point out anyone in particular but spamming conversation is okay like: hey, how r u? what u up 2 and having convos, thats fine but spam and spam is fun or wateva u write is not fun 2 read. Maybe ur having fun while writing but I'm afraid while catchin up, I'm not.

I dont want to leave but I really do think know that I am going to have to if you guys dont stop. Please you have MSN, if you have to fight, use that. Dont bring your fights in2 a place where we're supposed 2 b happy. If u reli cant get on then please stop talkin 2 each otha and stop makin all of us suffer.

Gus and Lucy are still settling into their new house. It’s about 11am and Gus and Lucy are in bed. Gus is looking at Lucy whilst she sleeps. Lucy wakes up.

i'll give you what i have so far

*In the court at 3pm*

Judge: This is the case for the custordy of Aaron Jack Scully...contending for full coustordy is his mother Kathryn Andrea Something! His father, Kai Joe Scully is defnding his right to the custordy! Bob Harper will now sought the case for his client, Miss Something.

Bob: My client has been refused the right to see her son for the past 4 years of his life. Is this fair that she has not been given any rights in ragards to her son? Is it? My client admits that she has had some problems but is now over them, she is of full health and is defending her right to claim back her son!

Judge: It has been stated by Miss Something that Aaron's step-mother, Nathalie Scully, is not fit to look after her child. She has 3 children of her own and cannot find time to treat him failrly, as to the other children. We have also heard, recently, that Aaron called up his mother telling her that Mrs Scully shouted at his half-brother Cameron when he had badly burnt himself, not acting fast enough in regards to the safety of her child. Jason Klintos is in defence of the father, what do you have to say to these claims?

Jason: They are a disgrace, they are mis-interpreted reagards of situations. My clients wife treats all of the children equally, treating Aaron very much like her own child. As to the claims of 'not being a fit mother' they are a disgrace!!! Mrs Scully has been under a great deal of stress in the past fornight, not just from this court case but from a personal matter. She acted in the best interets of her child by taking him to hospital as soon as she could. She is in no way an unfit mother and if Miss Something continues this claim my client will be making a complaint towards the police as to making false accusations to win her son! Miss Something has always been somewhat of an 'oddball' towards my client! She has spent the last 4 years in a safety house for mentally unstable people. You cannot honestly say that Miss Something is 100% well enough to take full and primary custordy of her son!

Bob: Hey mother will be taking joint custoryd with her!

Jason: Still...to give her that sort of resonaibility is unjust!!!

Bob: The child's best interests are with my client!

Jason: My client has has a stable family stucture in which Aaron will benefit highly!

Bob: In what way? Benefit in knowing how to wait in line behind his 3 superior half brother and sisters? Knowing how to be treated unequally? How is that beneficial to the child?

Jason: The child, has a name!!!

Judge: Excuse me gentlemen... but can you please follow the set course of the hearing!!!

Ok, well...

We discover that Nina has a brother called: Andrew (Andy)
Nina and Jack - aged 17/18 - Nina become pregnant, they decide to get married
Kai their son is born, they go on a honeymoon after the wedding and Jack is feared dead...then he returns and they get back to being happy.
more stuff happens, life, bad stuff, good stuff...
Nina and Jack want another baby so they get pregnant...they are preg with twins, they are both miscarried!
They try for another baby and by the time Kai is about 2, they have a daughter called Belle!
A while later Taj (from neighbours tee hee) kidnaps Belle...something happens, they end up getting Belle back, but Nina somehow gets r@ped by Taj...he is jailed!!!
He escapes jail and keeps trying to get Nina and Jack, etc...but he fails, he finally goes back to jail and one day if found dead in his cell!
More good/bad stuff happen
by the time Kai is about 4, Belle is about 2, they have another child Gus...
Kai has shown excellent intelligence for his age!!!
More good and bad stuff happen, probably more kidnaps, etc from Taj's family!!!
Sorry i can't remember many details...
When Kai starts school his teacher notices his intelligence, Kai ends up skipping a year or so
Once Gus is about 3/4 they Nina and Jack get preg again, with twins...Nina gives birth to Jasmine and Caitlyn!!!
More good and bad stuff...Kai skips another couple of school years, he's very very clever, but he gets bullied about it!!!
Loads of good and bad stuff happens...Kai finally gets a tutor and is like really really clever!!!
They go on holiday to the UK with Andy...his wife unfortunately died in a plane crash and is left to bring up his children: Carrie, Little Nina and baby Simon!
Whilst in the UK, Kai finds an identity, he dresses in black 'mosher' clothes...tee hee...
Kai gets a few girlfriends through his life! His first serious one is Kathryn, at the age of 14 they (which in our langauge means sleep together, lol) and so that is the start of a wonderful relationship!!!
Nina and Jack get up to a lot of and they chase each other around tickling each other and things (all rather funny)
At some point while Kai is around 14 ish he does his VCE and starts looking for a job
Nina and jack have massive fall outs mainly because Nina is extrememly upset at the death of her father and they end up splitting up!!!
Around this time Kai and kathryn really do a lot of
Belle has started to get boyfriends...she has a few nice ones, but all turn out bad
Somewhere around here-ish, Belle gets r@ped by someone
At about 16 Kath becomes pregnant and so Kai and Kath have a son, Aaron! They move to Katherine (a part of Aus ) but Kai later returns when things don't work out between the pair
Around this time Nina and Jack have a son, Rhys (who has a lisp)
Nina and Jack finally get back together...but they had gotten a divorce so they get re-married in a surpise ceremony in San Francisco America...on the cruise ship from Hawaii back to Aus Kai meets a terrific girl, Nathalie (a member of the writing team ) and they get along...
Gus has now become interested in girls!!!
Basically, the boat sinks and everyone is so sad, Jack nealry dies again, but he got saved and yeah!!!
I looked after the kids while Nina went looking for Jack (i was on the cruise ship )
Probably around her somewhere, Belle gets r@ped again
Anyway...
Kai and Nat get together and get serious...
Belle has a few guys and they get rather serious, one of which, Charlie, ends up gay!!!
Nat's sister, Lucy and Gus become friends...however, they don't admit that they like each other! Gus, however is a player and has a new girlfriend everyday! He goes to a football (Aussie rules) acadmey where he plays for the Junior AFL (i made it up)

Gus and Lucy finally start dating and fall in love
Belle's friend Amy dies by falling off a cliff into water, this causes a lot of upset, but she meet jacob...a guy who she falls deeply in love with
Nina and Jack split up...but they get back together again, not in time for their divorce though, so they end up having to get married again

Nat and Kai ends up getting pregnant, they have a set of triplets- Amy, Diana and Cameron!!!

Nina and Jack also have another baby, Alexandra, a daughter!!!

Belle got r@ped several times by a jerk called Jason, the trial let him off and he is now roaming free

Kai and Nat are happily married, until Kathryn (weho went mad and was oput into a mental institute so Aaron went to live with Nat and Kai) gets out and has just won custordy of her son

Gus and Lucy have just moved in together...

Nina and Jack are as happy as ever...

oh and at the age os 12, jasmine (one of the twins) gave birth to a baby girl, Ellie...i know i know

erm...the twins used to be in a tv show focusing on them called the who-some two-some and Belle is a fantastic singer/piano player/songwriter...

erm..can't think of anything else...

Nina: Kai, if things hadn't worked out with Kathryn, you wouldn't have met Nat or had the three beautiful children you have now .....Kai, listen to me....you've just got to be strong and get through this....you can always appeal....

Nina: No....but you can still win this battle.....you can't just give up! If Aaron means as much to you as I think he does, you're going to have that little boy to hold in your arms forever...you're a part of his life, a very valuable part and I know you don't want to throw that away over some court hearing........when you and Nat broke up all those years ago, did you get her back by crying and hiding away? No - you persisted and eventually you won through......you can do it again
