Full Version: Delta Material Added On Itunes
Delta Goodrem's Official Forum > Delta Goodrem > USA Related
skinny_bones4
I was just looking in the Delta section on the USA Itunes and I found that there are tons of Delta Goodrem related podcast items now on there. This includes both video and audio podcasts. It looks like it goes way back into June of '08. Not really anything new, but new content added. Thought you might be excited. laugh.gif

*BTW, some of these podcasts are Australian but made their way onto the USA Itunes.

YAY! Is making a new account the only way to see iTunes from America?
skinny_bones4
No, you can look at the other stores, but you have to make a new account to purchase anything.

That would be illegal or at the very least morally wrong though because you need to put your billing address as somewhere in the US, so you can't do make a new account in the American store because you don't have a billing address in the US. I don't know if they can track that down, but i wouldn't want to risk it.

^Can you not link you credit card to your account?

you can, but as is when u buy anything online witha credit card, it is a legal requirement that you put a billing address for your account and by putting an address where u don,t reside, that could become a legal matter if u lie about it. When u set up your iTunes account it will have a space for your address and you have to type that in, you can't leave it blank

^ oh itunes, once again making listening to delta a difficulty.

I mean, she spans the globe, why can't itunes let her music slash podcasts do the same tongue.gif
skinny_bones4
I didn't know about the address stuff or anything. All I know is that someone told me that if you wanted some music off the Australian Store you had to make an Australian account. I never did so thats why I didn't know the full story.

...And the entertainment industries of the world wonder why people download illegally sometimes.........what are they really expecting if they aren't making things legally available anyhow?

And, yes, there are plenty of things available in the US store that aren't available here in the Aussie store (Ummm hello, why are the old Eagles albums available in the US store, but not elsewhere? They're popular everywhere for crying out loud), and the reverse can be said too, and for other countries' stores also. Why on earth can't they just have one consistent store around the world anyway, and make anything available (legally) everywhere?

Anyway, this is another reason why torrents will win out in the end, if not just for greedy record companies tongue.gif
