I was reading on UK teletext about this (channel 4, page 181)

Chloe Lattanzi is Olivia Newton John's daughter, she has a record deal and is rumoured to be joining the neighbours cast. Competition for Delta?!

wow that's cool...i didn't even know Olivia Newton John had a daughter!!! I think Delta wouldn't see it as competition but as a good thing, she usually says in interviews how she idolised Olivia NJ when she was a kid so to possibly work with her daughter that could be cool, for her!!!
