just wondering who has met delta randomly on the streets in america..and if so what happened..

(just interested..im swear im no stalker..)

I can't say the times I saw her on the street were random lol. They were awesome tho lol.

I met Brian somewhat randomly on the street when he was on a smoke break, but never Delta

coolies.

hehe i met her twice but they were instores.shes so pretty!

hehe she went to a school near me.

i so wish that i could meet her!!!

^ the next time she's in buffalo, come down with me . I forget whereabouts in Ontario you are, but I live right by a go train station and could easily pick you up there on my way down to buffalo.

I've met Delta twice and neither of those was exactly accidental either - but agreed, they were indeed very awesome.



On my study-abroad in Auckland (in March 2005), I got myself lost & accidentally wandered into one of Brian's instores when I saw a big crowd of people gathered in a music store where Almost Here was playing and I went inside to see what all the fuss was about. I HAD NO IDEA WHO HE WAS - and even got interviewed by a local radio DJ!! I sincerely hope that my American accent came through strongly enough to justify the cluelessness any listeners on that station would've observed from me.

example:
DJ: So are you a fan of Westlife?
Me: (mentally: who the f**k is that?) um..... no?

& another:

DJ: did you know he had his first pash at ___ (insert age here, i forget)
Me: (mentally: is that some strange kiwi word for a party where people get drunk or something like that?) um......
DJ: would've thought he'd been younger?
me: *shrugs* i guess.....

I know, Kelly - it was a bit embarrasing in the telling the first few times, but in hindsight I'm able to laugh at myself. As I said, though, I REALLY hope anyone listening to that radio station could hear my American accent so that'd help give *some* justification to my obvious cluelessness.

I would have kicked myself in the butt if I walked past her and didn't even know it!

ive walked past her mum a few times. but i have met delta twice. haha actually i accidently ran into her mum in the bathrooms at BA concert. it was funni. i knocked my foot and im like ahhh! and she was standing right there..haha..
