I am now a checkerboard chick!!!!

I know its a movie, but after I watched it for the millionth time, I downloaded the songs and I love them so much!

They are so addictive and some are funny and I just love them!!
I also love the characters!

Omg. I'm fricking in love with this movie!

We sang "You Can't Stop the Beat" last year in chorus

And spent three classes watching the movie

~~and I've seen it like 20 million other times on my own time~~

James Marsden as Corny Collins...

I've watched it once with school friends when it first came outttt. I cant remember that much of it but I'm preettty sure I found it to be an awesome movie

I got the soundtrack..somewhere aswell.

We watched it in CAFS today becase we had no teacher and this is why we have to hand in out planing sheets for our assessment tomorrow and none of us have finished it

Hairspray tis indeed awesome.

I do however prefer the OBC recording [but I think that's applicable to most musicals that have been turned into movies].

John Travolta is the bomb diggity.

I love that Rikki Lake has an appearance seeming as she's the original Tracy

I ripped the audio from this movie and put in on my ipod! I used to listen to it whilst I fell asleep!

It's a great movie!

She sure was

The original movie isn't too great, well in my opinion anyways. It's not a musical, which now that I know it as a musical, just feels kinda weird. It's a bit hard to follow too.
