Jon McLaughlin has toured with Kelly Clarkson, Sara Bareilles, OAR, Paolo Nutini and Marc Broussard. His new album will be released October 7 and is expected to do reasonably well after building up a solid fan base with his debut release which peaked at #81.

I'm not sure how many each would seat, I can look up the venues before I go shopping and see.

Yeah, I couldn't find anything but tickets for the one in San Francisco go on sale October 5th (tomorrow). That's all I found out.

And the Neumo's one (Seattle concert) the venue doesn't look that large so it can probably hold around 100-250 people. I don't think these theater's are really big, they're probably more like clubs.

These extra dates are great, hopefully she'll be able to do some other types of promotion in between, tv and radio as she needs a variety of publicity to have 'Delta' become a moderate success in the US.

That's awesome, good exposure for Delta
This also means that Delta will celebrate her 24th birthday somewhere on the west coast of USA.
It's also slightly ironic that a North American singer supported Delta during the Visualise Tour in 2005, and later this month Delta herself will be supporting another North American singer.

haha, now I'm sober and able to process this and I am SO excited. They are both great performers and I can't wait for tickets to go on sale!

Yay! I decided to drop my life and go to the one in San Francisco on Nov. 19th. I can't wait!! I love Delta and my sis loves Jon, so it works out for both of us. I really hope I get to meet her! But with the large crowd, I'm not too hopeful about it.

That's cool, with the bus schedule though I think I'll only be able to see Delta, but that's fine with me.

if you get there early you should be able to spot her going in. or if she's the opening act, she may sign autographs after her set. That's what most opening artists i've been to shows for do. That's actually how we met Jon last year too (which btw for everyone who's wondering, in person he looks sooo much better than in his photos. I know, it doesn't seem possible.)

I really like his music...he should come do a show with Delta around here!
