i think he left for good..i may be wrong. I think he did.

I can explain (hopefully this makes sense) he is no longer a regular meaning he's been pretty much demoted to re-curring like Kirsten Gannon she's isn't actually apart of the main cast.

They did this so Ian Smith could come and go from Neighbors as he pleased if I read right he too is traveling Australia with his wife.

Nope Karl is still there, he's constantly making a fuss over Susan and not letting her do anything. Plus he's the main (and looks like only) doctor at the hospital.

I don't really like Karl either, he prys into everyones business and always thinks that he knows everything and knows whats best for everyone else, he's such a meddler! Plus he's boring

I'm not 100% sure but I think he quit after mistakenly told Sky that Kerry's father was Stingray not Dylan and after the birth it turned out Dylan WAS the father and because of the havoc he'd caused Karl quit his job.... I think that's when he started this whole growing his own veggies and eating healthy thing.
