Private Practice

Ok anyone as excited as me that the Greys Anatomy spin off 'Private Practice' is coming to australian tv finally?

Lol ive already watched almost the whole first season but i cant wait to watch it on tv!

It starts the week greys anatomy finishs in the same time slot!

Its so great i think i like it better then greys, addison was always my fave character!


Has anyone seen some of it already, or anyone planning on watching it?

i dont watch Greys Anatomy, but im excited for u

I'm planning to watch it just because I'm hoping it will be slightly better then GA which has been boring me to death recently.

yer Khrissy ive been getting quite bored with greys lately too! but yer i just watched the entire first season of private practice and its great!

me tooo rosey!! addison was my fave on greys, i was so upset when she left! the shows awesome you will love it!

Yeahh. Thats why I only watched about half of season 4. Didnt feel the same without her

I didn't really like Addison at first, but she grew on me a bit, and she isn't as bad as I thought. I just prefer her away from Derek.

Anyway, I don't know if I'll watch it, Kate Walsh is a good actress, but I doubt this show well be better than Grey's is.

ive watched the first 9 episodes (all that has aired in the US so far) but the first season has 13 more episodes that have to air in the US because they haent bee shown yet becase of the writers strike!

im dying now that theres nothing to watch untill they air those episodes! its sooooo good!

the first epi is being aired here in ireland tonight

it was actually good better then i thought it would be. you can never tell from the first epi who good a series will be but it seems to have some very good actors/characters and storylines. will tune in next week to see

the characters are quite good, it is a lot more character based then greys, less drama i think

My goodness I am so glad that it's finally starting.

You know I wasn't disappointed with the ending of S4 Grey's as this show is replacing it. It's just like a ritual. Need to have my sunday night fix with herbal tea and a freshly baked cookie Brilliant.

so what did everyone think?

Addy had some great moments and that's what kept me really wrapt in it. The thing is I have to remember that it's not Greys.
I watched Addison trying to adapt into her new surroundings and because she was awkward, I kind of felt a little awkward as well because it's all new.
Once I start getting to know the characters though I think it will be fantastic.
I was genuinely impressed. Man I was freaking out just as much for her when she had to deliver that baby.

i loved it.
it was a bit shakey at start with.
but then Addison found her feet at the end of the ep.
i cant wait for next week

Finally watched it last night and really did love it.

yer like all of you have said the show comes together at the end becuase addison does!

the next episodes start getting better and better!

I think the episodes do get better, but imo the cases are a bit dull compared to Grey's and probably a lot less sleeping around. Usually I say theres so much sleeping around in shows, but then when they dull it down it's not merely as interesting. lol

yyup!!! i was so shocked when i found out, i mean how can someone that old look so young, and good looking!


yer a lot less sleeping around SO FAR in the first 9 episodes, i think it will get better though, yer the cases are duller but i think its more character based and thats why
