Nominations for the 59th annual Primetime Emmy Awards were announced in Los Angeles last night. Here is the list of nominees in major categories.
The awards will be presented in the Shrine Auditorium on September 16, and broadcast LIVE into Australia on Foxtel's Bio channel on September 17 from 10am AEST.
A 90-minute highlights program will be shown on Channel Ten at 10.10pm on the same day (in previous years it was shown at 8.30pm)

I cbf saying my faves again but go Ugly Betty, Grey's Anatomy and Boston Legal! However, both Grey's and 30 Rock got more noms than Heroes (10) so unsure why they weren't included in the above tally of noms whistling.gif

Ths year's Emmy Awards will be hosted by Ryan Seacrest and will be broadcast LIVE on Foxtel's Bio channel from 10am (AEST) Monday September 17.

it probably will be on FTA, last year I think a few award shows were shown live on Foxtel/Austar and they were still shown on FTA.
