Aww that sucks.
Yea but that will be the theme behind this season, they will still be 2 brothers hunting evil but they will be figuring out that situation at the same time..
The same thing happened with the past seasons, there was always a storyline to go with the season. Season 1 - finding their dad, season 2 - dealing with sams powers & finding the yellow eyed demon, season 3 - finding a way to save deans soul. So theres always something thats been going on, like a kind of background story. It won't be any different to what happened before.
I agree, every season has a theme, as most shows do.
I think this season may be preparing for the big battle, if Sn is going to be 5 seasons as the producers say it is, then this season should be about preparing for the big battle in season 5, and seeing how the boys deal with it and react with it.

oh and I would also gonna add to that about
Castiel, I think hes an angel we have nothing to worry about there BUT at the same time.. i'm still a bit wary of him. Just as I am about Ruby - i never fully 100% trusted her and her intentions. The same can be said about Castiel
I was reading someone entry on LJ and someone posted this:
Given the givens, I think an angel would be the best kind of antagonist. Traditionally, angels are scary. I mean, terrifiying, blinding, heart-stopping scary. The fact that they're good isn't an issue. They're righteous, (terrifiying in its own right) they're ruthless, they're incredibly powerful, and they don't think or work anything like humans. It's an angel that slaughtered every firstborn in Egypt. It's an angel that rained fire on Sodom and Gomorrah. It's an angel that banished Adam and Eve from the garden with a flaming sword, and an angel cast Lucifer from heaven. (Actually, Lucifer was an angel, once up a time) First thing an angel ever says is "Fear not" because they're -ing scary, dude.
I love discussions like this!!!

keep em coming

Great points. Yeah we still dont know where she stands, is she really on there side, or is she just playing both sides to try and help herself.
oh yeah I remember the history, Lucifer is interesting, I cant wait to see how the handle him in the show, even if he doesn't show up. Afterall he was mentioned briefly in season 3 wasn't he.

^ I agree with that too. It will be very interesting to see how this all plays out. I agree with the Ruby thing too.. Theres got to be a reason that she's helping them so much.. I don't think she's doing it for the good of it.. I dunno if she might get something out of this in the end? But hmm it will be interesting to see how this season plays out. I'm loving it so far!
I know, Ruby may just be trying to play both sides and try and help herself, I personally believe she wants to get something out of it and wants to try and only save herself, and doesn't care about both sides good and evi, only how both sides will help her.
