I am just wondering whether the show Yasmin's getting married is worth a watch cos I was out last week when it aired on channel ten. So what do you guys reckon? Give me your reviews

I watch Home & Away, so dont get to watch it, but when ive turned the channel during the ad breaks it looks boring but thats only from the little bits that i've seen.

that guy on the panel comes across like a jerk...loll thats what i think anyway....

I find it kinda boring I must admit. Channel Ten promoted well, which made me want to watch it, *frowns* but its actually not as good as I first thought.

I thought they'd be talking to Yasmin everynight, in the studio, not pre-recorded/delayed live footage of her meeting the blokes.

its a little boring but should pick up when she starts dating the guy she chooses. I dont like the whole pre-recorded thing blah going on either. would've been better if they set it up like the biggest loser.

it's pretty boring I ended up watching part of a repeat at 12:00 coz it was running late and I wanted to watch Queer Eye

Yeah I watch Home and Away. Have seen bits of it tho. Seems kinda boring. I mean the whole delayed/ pre recorded thing is not reality tv! It is false advertising. The 'live' aspect obviously only applies to the panel.

Ummm, it's boring/lame to me.. But I don't watch H&A, so I just watch that instead.

I watched the first episode then the 3rd episode. It's ok at the moment i might get into it when the date of the wedding gets closer.

I found this press release babes, sad news.. Im not sure if this is completely true but it looks pretty formal. I thought Jo Stanley was an amazing host, but now it will be good she can do FOX FM's Matt & Jo back in Melbourne now, rather than Sydney. Here is the link for confirmation. I have to say, I found it boring in parts but I enjoyied the panel aspect - but sadly ratings were not picking up.

Network Ten today announced it had ceased production on the new program, Yasmin's Getting Married.

TEN's chief programming officer, David Mott, said: "TEN has a reputation for taking risks with new formats, as evidenced by our success with The Biggest Loser, Thank God You're Here and The Wedge - to name just three hits we've launched this year.

"While we all had very high hopes for Yasmin's Getting Married, it is clear at this early stage that our audience has not embraced this bold new initiative.

"We have therefore elected to cease production on the Screentime-produced reality program and move on.

"I particularly wish to thank Jo Stanley and TEN's own Ryan Phelan, who were real standouts in this series.

"I would also like to thank Yasmin for putting herself 'out there' to this type of program.

"Yasmin was searching for her life partner before this show came along and she will continue her quest regardless - although now with many more options!

“Network Ten and Screentime will support her through this process and will make sure her wedding day, whenever that happy event takes place, will be a special day indeed."
Consistent with TEN's strategy to offer alternative programming to its rivals, the hit series, Futurama, will go into TEN's 7pm line up from tomorrow (Monday 7 August)

Yes, this show was terrible but ryan was a hottie!

Renee wasn't a big enough w#0re so they scrapped her for Yasmin. Then Yasmin got an axe to the head a week in. Damn, they did good.
