Is anyone else excited about this movie with Hugh Grant, Dennis Quaid, Chris Klein, Mandy Moore, Willem Dafoe?

It comes out this Thursday, and I can't wait

"On the morning of his re-election, the President decides to read the newspaper for the first time in four years. This starts him down a slippery slope. He begins reading obsessively, reexamining his black and white view of the world, holing up in his bedroom in his pyjamas. Frightened by the President's apparent nervous breakdown, his Chief of Staff pushes him back into the spotlight, booking him as a guest judge on the television ratings juggernaut (and the President's personal fave), the weekly talent show American Dreamz. America can't seem to get enough of American Dreamz, hosted by self-aggrandizing, self-loathing Martin Tweed, ever on the lookout for the next insta-celebrity. I want to see it as well. I saw a trailer for it last week and it looks really good. There's also a brilliant song in the soundtrack called "Love it when you call" by The Feeling - listen out for them

I saw the promo on TV last week and I thought it was a parody of American Idol straight away. But when I read the review on IMDB.com I found out it was more than that.

I am sooooo going to see it, I mean hello Mandy Moore's in it haha definetly will be seeing it, it looks good but Mandy is just the cherry on top of the cake haha!! so excited!!

Got to see American Dreamz today. The movie was great, but judging from the audience that we had in today's cinema, it wasn't as a funny movie as expected or advertised. The best bit's the end though.

I'm hopefully going to see it tomorrow Can't wait!!

It was awesome, it was really funny but also really strange haha top movie totally recommend it

I want 2 c it, i think Mandy Moore is a good actor cos i've seen her in Princess Diaries and Saved! and she makes her characters that she's playing believable and American Dreamz looks like a smart parody.

tbh, Its wasn't as good as I thought it would be. I guess it dind't help that i couldn't hear some of the movie because the other people in the cinema were being really loud and stuff, but in general, it was a bit of a let down =(

Aww I loved it but then again I'm probs just a bit biased and just happy I'm finally getting some new Mandy stuff haha but I'm going to go see it again on Saturday with my friends haha

ive seen it, its so weird!

i adored it, i found it hilarious. It tapped into a male sense of humour, not female - everyone says i have 'guy humour' which kinda makes it funny for me.

Only thing i didn't expect was that it wasn't as commercial as i thought.

I havent seen it yet but I really want to !! Ill prob drag some of my friends to come and watch it !!

Loved it. Found it funny.

I thought it was cool... but somewhat predictable in that it was pretty obvious who were going to be in the finals but then a twist at the very end which was nice..

haha the end was hilarious.
