I'm definately going to see it and not just because of Heath Ledger(he must be good in it because of his golden globe nomination) but Anne Hathaway is in it and she's a pretty good actress her big break was staring in Gary Marshall's film for the Walt Disney Studio the princess diaries she then went on to star in Ella Enchanted and the princess diaries 2 a royal engagement.

Definatley,i think the movie has a beautiful storyline.plus it's got heath ledger-what more can i say?

Brokeback Mountain is a beautiful film I've seen it twice!!! You should all go see it, its my fav movie of 2005 hands down!!!

I love Heath and Michelles performances in this film, Jake's also rather brill and goregess!!!

Its sooooooo good, I may have to go see again for the 3rd time!! Take your tissues its a hearbreaking story!!!

I think I'll go and see it because, firstly, Heath Ledger is so damn hot, and secondly, the novella (by Annie Proulx) is one of my favourite pieces of literature. I am a bit worried that the film mightn't pull off the emotional weight of the book, but fingers crossed.

Anyways...back on topic...I want to go and see the movie...it will be interesting to watch the adaption from book to film!

ROFL.... Evidently sarcasm doesn't make a smooth transition from head to online forum. As I stated before, I have great respect for Brokeback Mountain as a piece of literature, from one of my favourie authors, Annie Proulx. As such, I find it a bit sad that many (presumably!) girls seem to be going to see the film because of the appearance of the two leads. Exempla gratias:

I hate the controversiality, that this movie is causing in some places and people. What is wrong with it? To me, love is still love no matter whose hearts are involved. Jeez, it's the 21st Century, deal with it!
