her brother I think, in Chloe's will she said that Diana was not to get custody of Olivia although she was awarded custody in the battle but since Chloe's will preceeds the ruling.

yeh lachie died or was a paroplegic and chloe wheel state diana must not have custody of oliva and james takes her to the city and chloe dies in the hospital

there is only 2 original cast members left Kate and Ray the others come back after they left but these two have stayed with the show for all of it's 15 years.
kate has been on it since she was 8
