My cousin was on Neighbours for 6 months, and I met Stephen Hunt (Matt, Neighbours) through her.. but I'm not sure if that really counts! smile.gif

I was so so so so in love with Stephen Hunt!! w00t.gif Like obsessively... I used to dream about him all the time rolleyes.gif Plus you know how they had that section on the neighbours site to ask the actors a question?

I asked him all these different questions but they were all under different fake names like "Lien Hellebuyuk" that was probably the most original I came up with laugh.gif

So it looked like all these people had sent in questions for him, but in reality it was all me fear.gif

I would have been so envious of you meeting him! Luckily I'm over him now smile.gif ..... whistling.gif whistling.gif whistling.gif

I'm distantly related to Graham Blundell (the Australian actor) and James Blundell (the Australian country singer) and I'm also distantly related to Slim Dusty's wife Joy McLean. I'm a Blundell, just so you know. smile.gif
Also, my best buddy online is Jessica Alba's 2nd cousin.

I have distant connections to a few people.
These friends of our family were friends with Darren Hayes (before he became famous). They used to go to the video store he worked in and he'd walk with them down the aisles and reccommend all the good stuff. Here comes the really interesting bit - he gave them the demo for "cherry cola"! And they thought it was total crap! Then he told them a record company had accepted it.. and the rest was history!

When I went to Japan, the brother of my host father was a 'famous' musician. He played traditional instruments, and made a CD of this chill-out type music, which they gave me a copy of. It was crap.

Also, according to my mum, we were on a bus with Darrel Summers(sp?) years ago. When Hey Hey it's Saturday was still around. I was totally oblivious to this fact.

And according to my Stepdad's mum, Ned Kelly and his gang went to their farm when she was a little girl. (or was it when her mum was young? I don't remember. She's in her 70s. I don't remember when Ned Kelly was around).
However, she's got mild alzheimers and (in my opinion) is a skitzo, so I'm still unsure of the validity of this story.
