That will depend on which city you want to live in.

I live in Melbourne, and it is good here. (So are the other Australian cities I have been to).

If you look for a list of 'Best and Worst' suburbs/towns, you shouldn't listen to it, because some of the good places are on the 'Worst' list, and some of the worst places are on the 'Best' list.

There should be a city or town for whatever you like. On eBay, you might be able to buy 'Explore Australia', which is a book of towns and what you could do there. That might help. There are maps in it, too.

I don't know if they're still there, but Melbourne used to have things that looked like big hamburgers. (I can't really remember them much, but I remember that we were sitting on them when I was four or five).

I live in the Blue Mountains, which is west of Sydney! Its very pretty! Further up the mountains had a rep for being really cold (not really anymore. Damn GW) and its really pretty! Woodford onwards!

I doubt you'll be headed here though..maybe..are you? Tehe!
